Enigma was born in blind cupping tables, where we can discover the different aromas, flavors and aftertaste of each coffee profile but we don’t know exactly what variety or process each of these has, turning our coffee into an Enigma.
We are a company born in the heart of Valle del Cauca, Colombia, whose dream is bring to each person a cup of coffee that challenges them to enjoy a new experience and fall in love with specialty coffees like us.
Our goal is to create excellent coffee. To achieve this, each of the stages of the production process must be taken care of: sowing, lifting, harvesting, processing and roasting. That is why we entrust the first stages of our coffee to our great ally Café Granja La Esperanza. It’s excellent quality and worldwide credibility challenges us to create better roasting curves every day.
